Refund and Returns

At Skirra, each linen skirt is crafted to celebrate feminine elegance and everyday ease. Our products are made with care, often in small batches or customized upon order. As a result, our return policy reflects our commitment to mindful production and quality assurance.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It is in original condition, with all tags attached
  • It is returned in the original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: Customized, made-to-order, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Made-to-Order & Customization Notice

Most pieces at Skirra are made-to-order to reduce waste and maintain our slow-fashion values. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Choosing the wrong size, length, or color
  • Personal fit or style preferences
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or wash

We encourage customers to review the size guide and reach out before ordering if you have questions about fit or fabric.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Skirra is not liable for any loss or damage during return transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged skirt, please contact us at hello@twoskyretail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • A description of the damage or error

We will promptly offer a refund, exchange, or replacement after verifying the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Any worn, used, or altered garments

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
